What’s on the Menu?

Winter Wonderland Spritz

A sparkling blend of white grape juice, elderflower cordial, and chilled soda water creates a crisp and refreshing base. This chic mocktail is finished with a touch of edible silver glitter and a skewer of frozen white grapes for a frosty, picture-perfect presentation. Ideal for New Year’s toasts or snowy winter gatherings, the Winter Wonderland Spritz is as festive as it gets.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz white grape juice

  • 1/2 oz lavender syrup

  • 2 oz soda water (chilled)

  • Edible silver glitter (for garnish)

  • 3–4 white grapes (frozen, for skewer)

  • Ice (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass:

    • Lightly dip the rim of a champagne flute into water, then gently press into edible silver glitter for a sparkling rim.

  2. Mix the Base:

    • In a cocktail shaker (or mixing glass), combine the white grape juice and elderflower cordial. Gently stir to blend the flavors.

  3. Assemble the Mocktail:

    • Pour the mixture into the champagne flute.

    • Top with chilled soda water to create a refreshing spritz.

  4. Garnish:

    • Skewer 3–4 frozen white grapes on a cocktail pick or small skewer and place it inside or across the rim of the flute.

  5. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Optionally add a few ice cubes to keep it extra cold. Serve immediately, and let your guests be dazzled by the elegant presentation!

Gingerbread Bliss Mocktail

Warm up your winter evenings with the cozy flavors of the Gingerbread Bliss Mocktail. Featuring spiced gingerbread syrup, velvety cream, and a hint of nutmeg, this indulgent drink tastes like the holiday season in a glass. Garnished with a gingerbread cookie or a sprinkle of cinnamon, it’s perfect for sipping by the fireplace.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz ginger beer (non-alcoholic)

  • 2 oz apple cider

  • ½ oz cinnamon syrup

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 caramel apple slice, dusted with gingerbread spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)

  • Optional garnish: small gingerbread cookie or cinnamon stick

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garnish:

    • Slice a caramel apple, drizzle with caramel and lightly dust it with gingerbread spice. Set aside for garnish.

  2. Fill the Copper Mug:

    • Add ice cubes to a copper mug until it is about ¾ full.

  3. Combine Ingredients:

    • Pour 4 oz of ginger beer and 2 oz of apple cider into the mug.

    • Add ½ oz of cinnamon syrup for a sweet, spiced flavor.

  4. Stir Gently:

    • Use a bar spoon or stirrer to gently mix the ingredients without losing the carbonation of the ginger beer.

  5. Garnish and Serve:

    • Place the gingerbread-dusted caramel apple slice on the rim of the mug.

    • Add a small gingerbread cookie or cinnamon stick for an extra festive touch (optional).
